The agreement between you and Daily Roots Devotional

By subscribing to Daily Roots Devotional, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Daily Roots Devotional provides age-specific Bible devotional content delivered via email. We offer a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Content is organized into tracks based on age range: Little Lambs (ages 2–5), Growing Roots (ages 6–10), Teen Boys and Teen Girls (ages 11–15), and Young Men and Young Women (ages 16–18).
New subscribers receive 5 free devotional lessons, delivered one per weekday, with no credit card required. At the end of the free trial, you will have the option to continue with a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, devotional delivery for that track will stop automatically — no payment will ever be charged without your explicit action to subscribe.
Following the free trial, the following paid plans are available:

Prices are subject to change. If we change pricing on an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.
Paid subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, but you may contact us at chris@dailyrootsdevotional.com regarding any billing concerns and we will work with you in good faith.
All devotional content, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Daily Roots Devotional and is protected by copyright. Subscribers may print or save individual devotions for personal and family use. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of our content without written permission is not permitted.
Our content is intended to be used by children and teens under the supervision and guidance of a parent or guardian. Accounts and subscriptions must be created and managed by an adult.
You agree not to use Daily Roots Devotional for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems, or to misuse our content in violation of these terms.
Daily Roots Devotional is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality in all devotional content, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. Devotional content reflects biblical teaching and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, medical advice, or professional guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Roots Devotional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
